Abrasive compound bars for every polishing job. For use on on all metals, plastics and glass. Unlike other suppliers we do not call our abrasive compound bars Rouge.
We sell only one Rouge, the best!
The compound bars are 2" x 10" and are not narrow on top like most. They weigh up to 20% more than most other polishing bars on the market, giving you more product for your money. These compounds, like our tools, are what we use in our own polishing shop. They are excellent high performing products, not too waxy and not too dry.

	Tripoli - an excellent cut and color bar for brass, copper, bronze and aluminum.
	Aluminum Oxide - an excellent cut for chrome and stainless and is used to remove bluing from exhaust pipes, as well as general polishing.
	Stainless Steel (coarse) - will cut stainless steel from a 400 grit finish to a reasonable mirror. QUICKLY! and is awesome for weathered or oxidized aluminum.
	Stainless Steel (fine) - an excellent second cut for producing a finer image on stainless steel and is often used as a single step for fuel tanks in good condition.
	Chromium Oxide (superfine) - a finishing compound that will leave an excellent mirror finish on stainless, chrome, aluminum, brass, bronze etc.
	Calcined Aluminum Oxide (ultrafine) - ultra fine polishing compound for finishing only, and can be used on plastics and glass, as well as serving as a replacement for jeweler's rouge.
	Synthetic - Generally used as a finishing abrasive for Stainless, high Carbon steels,etc, but fine enough at slower speeds to even polish plastics.
	Jeweler's Rouge - one of the finest out there, colors gold beautifully. Our jeweler's rouge is exactly made from ferric oxide. Expensive, but best quality available, which is what precious metals need. (Approx. 1-1/4 lb)

Greaseless Abrasives

Greaseless abrasives are watersoluble and come in a range of 60, 80, 100, 120, 150, 180, 240, 320, 400, 500, and 600 grit. All tubes weigh 2-1/2 to 3 lbs depending on grit.

Greaseless abrasives should be stored in cool place and exposed end kept moist. Allow buff wheels to dry for 5-10 minutes before using. Will turn Buff wheels into flexible grinding wheel of chosen grit. ( Great for smoothing contoured sandcast aluminum, brass or bronze, inlet headers, plennums, etc.)
